@rnrticamp @naturalperspective what I learned from 2 week fitness holiday with my husband was that we all have more to give every time. Pushing ourselves 2% more every day we then can achieve “flow”. The wise topic “flow” i keep trying to understand from the famous psychologist csikszentmihalyi. Achieving mastery in FLOW will be difficult. But I just need to have a clear goal for today, tomorrow and in one month. It’s not about burning myself out, it’s about giving that 2% more… Then balancing of not too hard or too easy. But pacing myself. So thanks guys, you have all been an inspiration, especially my husband jc, who last year on a blip conversation he said, “I would like to do a triathlon.” and now he IS a tri-athlete. That’s just amazing! So my goal is to do a full Olympic triathlon one day. I know I can do one and this is the easy part. Knowing. Now, it’s about the journey in getting there. And pushing myself that 2% every time. And not beating myself up… Because the journey should be the fun part! #triathlon #inspiration

@rnrtricamps I’ve never been so proud of my husband ! @jcgaray swam around goat island and did his #pb of 40 mins. This is more than half the distance of an iron man swim. Last week he was so nervous of the thought of even crossing it, today he swam around it and open water. It’s massive! Congrats hubby!!’

I’m so proud of my husband this week. Jc has been running 12k, swimming around the island in open water, and cycling 60 k in one day. I’m smelling iron man as the next goal
